This includes social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn, paid advertisements, our website, landing pages, email campaigns, WhatsApp broadcasts, presentations and printed material.
3. No Restrictions
You confirm that you place no restriction on how this content is used for marketing our workshops, courses and AI content, and that you will not later ask for it to be withdrawn or claim any payment, royalty or compensation for its use.
4. Your Confirmations
You confirm that: you are 18 years or older; the content is your own and you recorded it; you appear in it or have permission from everyone who appears in it; the content does not include any copyrighted music, footage or material belonging to someone else; and the opinions shared are genuinely your own.
5. Personal Information
We collect your name, mobile number and email only to verify your review and to contact you if needed. We will not sell your personal details to any third party. Your mobile number and email will not be published publicly.
6. Our Rights
We may choose not to publish any submission, and we may remove published content at any time at our discretion. We are not obliged to use your content.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat.
